When I first got the RC buggy cam up and going, I was keen to get some practice in with some form of moving subject so I reached out to Andrew at Traversal to tag along on one of his parkour training sessions.
Taking Lines that Humans Can't
It was nice to take advantage of being able to drive the buggy under bars and benches, producing shots that previously wouldn't have been possible via traditional methods.
Hero Shots of Athletes
Something I can see the buggy being used more for is getting low angle, dynamic hero shots of people, especially athletes moving at pace. The buggy holds the camera at about shin height making for some epic shots looking up at people as action is unfolding.
